We present a consolidated public dataset for Type 1 Diabetes research and describe the access pathways for both its unrestricted and DUA-governed components. The resulting dataset covers a broad range of glycemic profiles and demographics and thus can yield more generalizable algorithmic performance than individual datasets. We invite the research community to reach out if they have additional datasets that may be incorporated to further enhance and broaden the scope of MetaboNet.
